I hereby affirm my commitment to adhere to The American Anti-Corruption Institute (AACI) code of ethics and comply with all the requirements set forth regarding the CACEF, as published on both The AACI and EKAC websites. I further assert that I have not been subject to any indictment or actions that would cast disrepute upon The AACI’s code of ethics. I acknowledge that I have thoroughly reviewed all the information presented on the website: https://www.theaaci.net/CertifiedAnti-CorruptionExpertManager-(CACEM), and I am committed to upholding all relevant policies established by The AACI and following administrative directives issued by EKAC. Furthermore, EKAC retains the right to prevent my class attendance should I fail to fulfill the agreed-upon payments for the program fee and review course, as mutually determined with EKAC. I understand and acknowledge that my contractual relationship is exclusively with EKAC and its representatives. I do not have a contract with The American Anti-Corruption Institute (AACI) or its representatives.
